Fossil Creek Family Medical Center is located at 7510 North Beach Street and offers healthcare services for all the members of your family – newborns, infants, children, women, and men. Unique to our office is to provide total healthcare and disease prevention with a PERSONAL  TOUCH!!!

 
Dr. Simonak is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician who has been providing quality care for patients in Summerfields/Park Glen/North Fort Worth since 1983. Along with our Nurse Practitioners, he provides aggressive/complete patient healthcare including well exams (infants, children, and adults), medical disease management/metabolic syndrome, school physicals, immunizations, sports medicine/joint injections, office Derm procedures, general sick visits, and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMT).

What is a DO?
